We are looking, for one of our clients in Woluwe-Saint-Pierre, for an accounting manager.

Salary: 4000 – 5000 € / month

Le profil recherché

You will be responsible for:

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:
    • Month and end-year process
    • Accounts payable/receivable
    • Cash receipts
    • General ledger
    • VAT returns in several countries.
    • Payroll
    • Forecasting, budgeting
    • Cash forecasting
    • revenue and expenditure variance analysis
    • Assets reconciliations
    • Fixed asset activity
    • Risk management
  • Monitor and analyse accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
  • Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
  • Coordinate and complete annual audits
  • Provide recommendations.
  • Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
  • Meet financial accounting objectives.
  • Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.
  • Train and support accounting staff

What would work?

  • You have a relevant experience in accounting.
  • You are a real team player.
  • You can meet deadlines.
  • You are at ease in an international context.
  • You speak fluently in English and French and Dutch are big a plus.  
  • You are used to work with an ERP, they work with Dynamics 365 and ExactOnline.
